The 4th Annual DNEC Flea Market/ Community Awareness Day was held September 16th on a gorgeous, late summer day.  It was cool and bright, and boy was it a good time.   The fundraiser was tremendously successful, in fact, DNEC raised $3,500!

All of the members of the DNEC Executive Board of Directors attended and helped man the DNEC stations including President Bob Davidson and Vice President Diane Bonneau selling donated tag sale items, and Treasurer/Secretary Jim Flannigan helping with set up and directing vendors.  Many of our other Board Members showed up, and the DNEC accountant, Greg DeFrank, even brought part of his family to help sell raffle tickets, direct traffic, be all-around-gophers, and do some incredibly heavy lifting.

The raffles and silent auctions were a great attraction, and we had many compliments about the wonderful jewelry designers and vendors that attended.  There were food vendors selling all kinds of food including a kettle corn vendor.
